Trees For Portage, Inc. is a citizen action group consisting of a diverse group of people who are working to facilitate all aspects of a comprehensive program for urban forestry management in cooperation with the City Forester and the City of Portage.

"Trees" also is a project oriented group that writes grants and executes beautification projects, such as the HWY 33 east and west entrance projects. Trees For Portage, Inc. has been strongly supported by WP&L, First National Bank and Economic Development.

Trees For Portage, Inc. holds non-profit 501(c) (3) status with the IRS. All donation to Trees For Portage, Inc. are tax deductible.
